  • The Tarot deck contains archetypal symbols that can be related to Carl Jung's analytical psychology. Jung saw all of the Tarot images as descended from the archetypes of transformation, and in perfect agreement with the archetypes of the collective unconscious. The Tarot cards therefore are a message from your unconscious mind to your conscious mind. You ask the question, and as the cards are chosen, what you need to know to move forward on the subject is revealed. You always have free will and the choice whether to aaccept the answers or ignore them.

    It is my belief that if the question is asked and the answers appear, if is the time for you to hear them. Some people use the Tarot as a tool to build their lives in a positive way; some just want immediate answers to a pressing issue. All the answers lie in the cards and they reveal what you need to know.

    Tarot is an interesting and sometimes challenging look into your life, how you choose to live it, and how you may change it for the bettter. Unlike the I-Ching, the Tarot is able to answer yes and no type questions, and effectively describe the signposts on your journey through the situation at hand. Unlike the Tarot, the I-Ching can describe the journey. The Tarot has messages for you; it is up to you to use them.

  • Numbers are everywhere and they all tell your story. Your date of birth, the year you are in, even your name and how the letters of your name translate into numbers, are all part of your destiny. Knowing and understanding your numbers are an important part of knowing and understanding your energetic self.

  • This all-encompassing reading combines the attributes relevant to your particular situation based on the esoteric principles outlined below.

    

    Chakra is a Sanskrit term prevalent in Hindu and Buddhist traditions that refers to the wheel-like vortices of energy believed to be located on the midline of the physical body that permeate the subtle bodies surrounding the physical body. Most commonly there are seven chakras, and they govern our physical and psychological characteristics. The chakras located on the lower part of the body are our instinctual side, the highest ones our mental side.

    Aside from the Eastern understanding of the chakras, in the Western tradition chakras are related to the Kabalistic or Tarot Tree of Life (the divine path of life), and through this connection also to Tarot, numerology, astrology, the elements, and the seasons. In this formulation they incorporate masculine and feminine aspects, the principle of duality, and associate with essential oils, gemstones/crystals, colors, symbols, elements as well as a number of cosmic principles.

    The Root chakra, located at the base of the spine, between the anus and the genitals, is the first chakra and the Malkhut sephirah of the Tree of Life. It represents survival, the body, being physically there, feeling grounded, stable and secure, and your identity as an individual. It speaks to your presence in the physical world and to your material reality. It is ruled by Earth and embodies the four tens, the pages and all the pentacles. It represents the season of winter. It connects to the Sacral chakra via The World (XXI), and to the Navel chakra via The Moon (XVIII) and Judgement (XX). Its element is earth, its symbol is the four-petalled lotus, its color is bright red, its gemstones are bloodstone, agate, garnet, ruby, quartz, and its essential oils are cedar, clove and cypress. Its cosmic principle is the physical entity. Its zodiac and planets are Aries, Mars, Taurus, Saturn, Scorpio, and Capricorn.

    The Sacral chakra, the second chakra located in the lower abdomen, is the Yesod sephirah of the Tree of Life. It is the seat of emotions primarily focused on control issues, balance, emotions, feelings, intimacy, and sexuality. It speaks to the emotional aspects surrounding your situation. It is ruled by the Moon and embodies the four nines. It connects to the Heart chakra via Temperance (XIV), and to the Navel chakra via The Emperor (IV) and The Sun (XIX). Its element is water, its symbol is the six-petalled lotus, its color is orange, its gemstones are moonstone, carnelian, tourmaline, and its essential oils are Ylang Ylang and sandalwood. Its cosmic principle is reproduction of the Being. Its zodiac and planets are Cancer, Libra, Scorpio, Moon, Venus, Mars, and Mercury.

    The Navel (or Solar Plexus) chakra, the third chakra located at your navel, embodies the Netsah and Hod sephirah of the Tree of Life. It is the focal point of our power and will, and represents raw emotions such as anger, frustration, self-esteem, intuition and “gut feel” surrounding your situation. It is ruled by Venus (Netsah) and Mercury (Hod) and embodies the four sevens and the four eights. It is The Tower (XVI). It connects to the Heart chakra via Death (XIII) and The Devil (XV). It also connects to the Throat chakra via The Wheel of Fortune (X) and The Hanged Man (XII). Its element is fire, its symbol is the ten-petalled lotus, its color is golden yellow, its gemstones are amber, tiger’s eye, citrine, yellow topaz and its essential oils are chamomile, lemon, thyme, and Ylang Ylang. Its cosmic principle is formation of the Being. Its zodiac and planets are Leo, Sagittarius, Sun, Virgo, Jupiter, and Mercury.

    The Heart chakra, the fourth chakra located in the area of your heart, is the Tifereth sephirah of the Tree of Life. It represents your heart’s desires as they pertain to your situation, joy, love, kindness, affection, understanding, compassion, forgiveness, and empathy. It is ruled by the Sun and embodies the four sixes, the four Kings and all swords. It is the season of autumn. It connects to the Crown chakra via The High Priestess (II), to the Third Eye chakra via The Star (XVII) and The Lovers (VI), and to the Throat chakra via The Hermit (IX) and Justice (VIII). Its element is air, its symbol is the twelve-petalled lotus, its color is green, its gemstones are emerald, kunzite, green jade and its essential oils are geranium, rose, and clary sage. Its cosmic principle is loving beyond the self. Its zodiac and planets are Leo, Libra, Sun, Venus and Saturn.

    The Throat chakra, the fifth chakra located in the area of your larynx, embodies the Hesed and Din (Gevurah) sephirahs of the Tree of Life. It is primarily concerned with creativity, the ability to communicate, listening, self-expression and talking about your situation. It is ruled by Jupiter (Hesed) and Mars (Din) and embodies the fours and the fives. It is Strength (XI). It connects to the Third Eye chakra via The Chariot (VII) and The Hierophant (V). Its element is ether, its symbol is the sixteen-petalled lotus, its color is light blue or cyan, its gemstones are aquamarine, turquoise and its essential oils are lavender, sandalwood, neroli, and sage. Its cosmic principle is expressing of the Being. Its zodiac and planets are Gemini, Taurus, Mars, Aquarius, Venus and Uranus.

    The area between the throat and third eye chakras is Da’at and is ruled by Pluto.

    The Third Eye chakra, the sixth chakra located in the area between your eyebrows, embodies the Hokhmah and Binah sefphirahs of the Tree of Life. It primarily deals with your intuitive perception, perspective, wisdom, knowledge, authority, command, insight and visualization about your situation. It allows us to learn from our experiences and to put things into perspective. It is ruled by Uranus (Hokhmah) and Saturn (Binah) and embodies the twos, the threes, the queens, the knights, the staves (season of spring, fire element) and the cups (season of summer, water element). It is the Empress. It connects to the Crown chakra via the Magician (I) and the Fool (0). Its element is all the elements, its symbol is the ninetysix-petalled lotus, its color is indigo, its gemstones are lapis, lazuli, sodalite, indigo, sapphire, opal and its essential oils are rosemary, basil, jasmine, and patchouli. Its cosmic principle is knowing of the Being. Its zodiac and planets are Sagittarius, Venus, Aquarius, Mercury, Pisces and Uranus.

    The Crown chakra, the seventh chakra located above the crown of your head, is the Kether sephirah of the Tree of Life. It is primarily concerned with pure consciousness, spirituality, divine wisdom, long-term planning and vision for your situation, and the benefit of your actions/situation to all of humanity. It is ruled by Neptune and embodies the four aces and the 22 major arcana cards. Its element is all the elements, its symbol is the thousand-petalled lotus, its color is violet, white and gold, its gemstones are amethyst, crystal, topaz, alexandrite and its essential oils are frankincense, lotus, oakmoss, and olibanum. Its cosmic principle is pure Being. Its zodiac and planets are Capricorn, Pisces, Saturn and Neptune.

  • The I-Ching is known as the Book of Changes. Based on a Yin/Yang duality, it is a set of oracular statements represented by a set of 64 abstract line arrangements called hexagrams. Each hexagram represents a description of a state or process. Unlike the Tarot which answers specific questions, the I-Ching provides a holistic view of the situation at hand, from its energetic origins to the best course of action one should take, with the likely outcomes.

  • Based on your date, time, and place of birth, I construct an annual chart that indicates your favorable, neutral, and adverse cycles throughout your personal year.

    

    In each annual cycle of your personal year, there are periods of time that are favorable, periods of time that are neutral, and periods of time that are adverse. During the favorable periods nothing much happens as everything seems to be running smoothly, and life is good and comfortable. Conversely, during the adverse periods we are likely to be frustrated as nothing seems to be working our way. We run into problems, find fault with our milieu and very often decide to make changes in our lives. Are these periods random? Definitely not! The universe in fact procceeds at an orderly pace.

    What do you think then differentiates those that are seemingly always lucky and those that are not? Paradoxically the critical factor here is not what but rather when. Simply put, those we call lucky make major changes in their lives when things are going well: during the favorable time periods of their personal year. They make changes not based on fear or greed or chains of logic. They are proactive and make changes based on time rather than emotions or events. The others, the unlucky ones, behave reactively and seldom is their change well timed.
